  This was the most amazing restaurant during our Italy trip. Best pizza and best pasta- so good we came here 3 times and it was where we enjoyed our last Italian meal. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the pizza crust was thin and yeasty. The ingredients are quality. It was pretty much always packed with a steady stream of patrons.

  My group wanted a good Italian meal tonight and that is what we got.
  I had the carbonara and the others had the ravioli, margherita pizza and the mushroom/burrata pizza.
  So they say they ferment the dough for 48 hours at a constant temperature.  Well if they do or not, it's a fantastic dough.  The crust is thick and puffy and just is filled with flavor from the fermentation.  It was pillowy - yummy.  And the burrata was huge and just creamy/tasty as could be.
  Our waiter made a recommendation for the others in our party for wine and their meals. They said he did and excellent job picking and describing the rationale of his choice.
  My carbonara was yummy with nice chunks of crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside pancetta.  
  Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.  We thought our staff was attentive and would come back here in a heartbeat.

  We arrived on a busy Friday night around 8:30 pm and the small restaurant was full. Our group of 4 was promptly greeted and told it would be a 10 minute wait. The wait was closer to 15 minutes but a line was quickly growing. The staff was friendly and spoke English well and they accurately kept track of who was next in line even though it may have looked like chaos.
  We ordered a penne arrabiata, pizza margherita, pizza with 3 kinds of tomatoes, and ravioli with a butter sauce. The pizza was tasty, artisanal with nice textures and a good amount of tomato sauce. The arrabiata was spicy but not overpowering and the sauce tasted fresh and balanced.
  
  It was a good sign that there were Italians in this restaurant that is in a touristy and busy area about 10 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, but we also felt welcomed and comfortable as tourists. So, the wait may feel long because the space is small with limited seating, but it is worth it.

  We were hoping for amazing homemade Italian cuisine, but felt that this place felt short. After a 30 min wait outside, the margherita pizza was host to tomato sauce without much flavor. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe, was okay. The noodles were ultra chewy. And the mozzarella and veggies + olive oil appetizer were underwhelming....the eggplant was so tough we couldn't cut it or chew it. I know this place has amazing reviews, so maybe it was an off night.

  Such amazing pizza. I had the Margherita and my son had the mushroom and sausage. There was already another couple waiting outside for a table and we queued up behind them. This restaurant was on the same street as our hotel so I know that was a regular thing to have people waiting to get in. Is it worth it? Oh, yeah! Be patient because it takes a minute to get your food and it's close quarters. We also had our first Peroni beer in a bottle which we are not big fans of. This location is just down the street from the Trevi Fountain and isn't priced to gouge you.
